Sunland Home Services Inc. has over 25 years of experience using the building energy efficiency code, energy savings and Title 24 compliance documentation as well as technical Manuel J, D, S, and T reports required by the ACCA. We will provide you with the best option that meets your goal and the building energy standards.

We utilize CEC approved energy modeling software for Title 24 compliance documentation and load calculation software for Title 24 compliance estimations and Manuel (J, D, S, & T) reports.

After our reports are made your project will need to be assessed by a HERS rater. We have HERS raters on staff that can sign off on your project once it is tested and has passed Title 24 compliance.

Using state-of-the-art certified energy modeling software, EnergyPro, we have the ability to generate a precise and detailed Title 24 compliance report and calculation analysis on your residential or commercial project. For Manuel J, D, S and T reports we utilize Right-J, the industry leading residential load calculation software. This program allows us to accurately measure your load calculations.
